my granddad has been back and for the to doctors for years and just recently been diagnosed with barrets esphagus, lately he has been back and forth to A & E the last time he even collapsed on the bathroom floor due to dizziness my mother is convinced it is the omeprazole. He is on 20mg twice a day but since being put home from hospital 2 days ago he was told to up the dose to 40mg twice a day, today he is in bed, extremely dizzy and sleepy, i am about to print off some of the above comments to show my granny and mother so that they can insist the doctor change his medicine.
