This drug fools you as it doesn't always start to give you the stranger side effects until days later. I took 3 days worth and my eyes got hot but I never thought it was the Bactrim. 3 days the fever, sore neck & joints started. I took it until day 8 and my muscles were so weak I couldn't walk, get out of bed, type on the computer.....I stopped it but I wish I had known how toxic this stuff was. I still have the muscle weakness and can't do anything and it's over 6 weeks. My doctor says I have to wait it out. I'm so depressed
