In the meantime, try to offset corticosteroids side effects by taking sufficient amounts of Omega-3 fats (use high-quality liquid formulas), in addition, a broad-spectrum multi-vitamin-mineral formula would be helpful -- Ultra Preventive X from Douglas Labs is a good example. Make sure that you consume a sufficient amounts of protein daily because glucocorticoids do cause muscle-wasting and amino-acids help to prevent this. Good luck!
