Taking Lipitor for about 8 months. A pattern of vomiting attacks every two to four weeks emerged. Usually dizziness and clammy cold sweats precede the attack. Feel perfectly fine again immediately after that vomiting session. Can happen on full or empty stomach. Also usually feel less active and less inclined to initiate tasks at all times, don't seem to be able to think as clearly as I used to. Male aged 67 and generally fit and active. Stopping Lipitor today.

Good that you stopped taking this dangerous drug. Unfortunately, drs. and the drug co's continue to push it since it is a big $$$ business. In reality, your mind/body needs cholesterol to function properly. . . don't let your dr. to con you to take another statin.
