I been using the NV for the past 2 weeks. I am on my 3 rd week i have notice weight gain but the really bad side effect is my breast tenderness. OMG my breast hurt so bad it has this funny feeling like they is something in there growing. I want to stop using it but i have a very irregular period so i need it. My major side effect is the breast tenderness. Does anyone have any tips on ways to stop the breast tenderness

I have been on NR since July 7th and just took it out yesterday to have my period. I have had very similar side effects. My boobs constantly hurt especially when I'm working out! I have noticed weight gain in my stomach area, even though I eat normally. I am very moody, and last Monday I started having brown discharge with the ring in, and still have it now. I feel your pain. I'm 23 years old and this is the first BC I've been on. I'm thinking to discontinue the use of NR b/c it is so bad!!
