Your right on target with that. It killed my body for over a year but I was on it longer then you.
Start a heavy duty vitamin routine and start eating whey protein 1/2 a gram per pound of body weight. Pred eats muscle for lunch and you need to not only keep your body moving but eat a very clean diet with tons of water.
It will eventually subside but sure can make you miserable in the interim.
