I just had scar revision done with my own body fat to correct an injection site necrosis from kenalog. The cosmetic surgeon advised that it sometimes takes more than one graft. This procedure is expensive and a lot to go through, but the only other choice seems to be to wait two years to see if it goes away. I had the injection in October and it only seemed to be worsening. Does anyone know of an attorney wanting to take these cases? My next step is to picket the doctors office, since he has not agreed to pay for my surgical reconstruction. I'm in the panhandle of Florida if anyone would like to join in the fun.

I am replying to your posting about the kenalog side effect. I also live in the panhandle of Florida. I had my injection 4/15/09 by a dermatologist and also have a huge dent in my left cheek. It recently became painful which led me to see my primary physician today. She hadn't seen anything like it. My husband began looking on the internet at the side effects of kenalog after my appointment today. I'm amazed at what I'm reading. How could there be so many of us? I'm interested in anything you find out.
