I know exactly where you are coming from...I hear all of these women praising Mirena, and I thought...maybe its just me...but it wasn't.
After I got mine removed, I told the doctor like you said, in a couple of hours, I felt better...they said, "It's just in your mind!"...Well, fine, if removing the Mirena makes me feel better in my MIND...then, great...who wants to be CRAZY?
I feel ten times better. How come it seems like women who have problems with the Mirena are like the enemy? That its just this or that, and it will pass...well, I will pass on the Mirena. I don't want anymore
hormonal treatment like that ever again. I'll put it like this...it just wasn't right for me.
This same thing is happening to me! Maybe it's a good thing your milk dried up because I was uniformed that Mirena causes synthetic female hormones to come out in your breastmilk! I've been nursing my son for 6 mos already! I was loosing weight a month after the baby and 1 month after Mirena I gained 20lbs!! I'm so angry because the string is gone, I don't know if the IUD can be found??
iud breastmilk female hormones hormonal treatment mirena ing next morning uterus law suit having a baby short periods lower abdomen constant fatigue
