1) Get off lisinopril.
2) Take some extra minerals, here are some suggestions, of course, always consult your physician first:
get some extra manganese, maybe 4-9 mg?
get some extra zinc maybe in the range of 12-45mg?
get some calcium maybe 200-800mg?
get some magnesium maybe 100-400mg?
get some iron & copper (12 mg, 1mg)
get some extra iodine, maybe kelp tablet
Generally speaking the manganese and magnesium will help the most, but one should always take a rather balanced increase of minerals (e.g. increase them all), because if you don't after a while you'll have another weird imbalance.
