Be careful you probably got post natal depression. Mirena may be the trigger of your imbalanced hormone. If needed, you can get help from Psychiatrists. It would take quite some time (months up to a year) for you to be normal.
Not to say it isn't the Mirena, and it might have set off some post partum depression but 2 days of it hardly seems enough to cause this much imbalance- I might guess you just had some bad timing of a nasty flu with the removal of the IUD. I bled for about 8 weeks post partum- and this is pretty normal- your doc might have inserted this before you were properly done with bleeding post birth. There might also be the possibility that some bacteria was introduced if you weren't done bleeding after the birth and the doc let you get this too early. Your symptoms could have been from an infection your body had to fight off.
Remember, you're barely past having a baby- you are also naturally going to feel very tired, very emotional. Hang in there- take care of yourself (not just the baby) don't feel bad if you need help- It will get better
