I used the Neutrogena 30 sunblock for the face with self tanner this past weekend with Helioplex. Unfortunately it was the only sunscreen we had on the boat, so I also used the sunscreen on my back, arms, neck, and knees. I broke out in a rash/hives within 24 hours of using it in all the areas that I applied the sunscreen. I am on a full week course of prednisone because Benadryl alone was not helping. I do have sensitive skin and was excited about a sunblock & sun tanner combo. I thought I was being healthy--take one look at my face and it doesn't appear so this week!
