i can't sleep, have lost my appetite and find the constricted blood flow has at least a small impact on my sex life (i am a male). the narcotic buzz is constant and seems kinda speedy. it does drain your sinus...i'm gonna go off it as soon as the anti biotic that i'm also taking has kicked in enough.
