I would recommend Mercet. I was on that pill before this one and I LOVED it. I only switched cuz my ex wanted me too. Worst mistake ever. But anyways I'm going to go back to that one cuz I never had any problems.

I read your message asking for suggestions for BC. I know that people are skeptical, but I have been on the nuvaring for about five years and have not experienced the type of side effects that all of these women have listed. I was going to switch to Loestrin24 because my gyno said it was better, but now I think I'm going to stay with the ring. I like that I don't have to remember to take the pill because I'm very forgetful. I also have not noticed weight gain or abnormal acne since I started it. My period is also on time and you can even skip periods if you want to. (I haven't done that in a while so be sure to ask your doctor if that's ok) I started the nuvaring because I wanted a BC that was low hormone and this was the lowest on the market at the time. I was also not as happy with ortho tricyclen lo, but it still was not as severe as the side effects you are describing. I'm sure you can get a free sample from your doctor if they give samples. Best of luck on whichever BC you choose.
