I am now 28 years old, after having my daughter I started taking loestrin 24 fe. I was on it for about 2 months and developed bloodclots in my lungs. I used to smoke but quit over a year ago when I found out I was pregnant and haven't had one since. I would rather stick with the old method of a condom because all this was not worth it. I still have to take blood thinners until the doctors say there is no more risk of having anymore.
