Hi!! I removed mine myself this last Sunday... and I started bleeding the same day... I'm still bleeding just a little, yesterday and today have been mostly spotting. My periods were normally about 2-3 days so for me this is just a normal period. I wouldn't be scared... I think once your body realizes that the IUD is gone you'll go right back to as if you never had one. Good luck! Hope this helps.

I feel SO much better!! I really want to start a lawsuit against Bayer.... I had real intense depression and mood swings and it took several months to make the connection to the IUD..... I've even been prescribed Effexor and now I'm convinced I don't need the medicine anymore...
I'm scared for women who may actually harm themselves due to this... it's scary!
