It has been a year since I've had a Kenalog shot for a sinus infection and I have a 2 inch indention/scar from the shot not given to me correctly. I've had 2 other since then and no scar. My doctor explained to me that b/c the nurse didn't go deep enough into the muscle tissue, the muscle has atrophied. I'm definitely writing a letter to the facility about this. I've read that it has to do with the medicine but with me having 2 additional shots since then, I'm thinking it has a lot to do with how it is administered...anyone have thoughts?

gravaly . . . . . I suggest that you file a complaint to the FDA . . go to www.fda.gov/medwatch. I filed one because I am a victim of Lipitor. HOPEFULLY, if enough people will complain about these dangerous drugs . . .then some of them will be ban.

I am so sry for your 18 yr old. I am 31 and I have the exact spot and issue your daughter has. Its horriable, i went to er today told them I was there in march and since then I have or am losing my butt. They said they never seen anything like this before and complained about the bill from march, i told them I am not paying anything till I find out what they did to me. They reffered me to a dermatologist??? Is he going to pay for my bills? Pay to have my body back the way it was...I am going to file suit, hey this is my body, it's not about money it's about my self esteem and the pain. That's to say the least...I want to take her to court...this is a horrible shame..it's been three weeks, I am so depressed about this situation with Kenalog shots in my index fingers. That has spread a horrible rash through my hands..that knarled the skin, shriveled, darkened, dented and keep me up nights....They should warn people about these side affects..this drug is very dangerous
