i recently took glucosamine chondroitin 1500mg a day for 3 days and on the 4th day i woke up with itchy red bumps all over I attributed it to the glucosamine/chondroitin that i took On the simivastin bottle it says to avoid herbal remedies I am hoping these bumps will subside, they are very itchy.

If you read all known simvastatin side effects you will find itchy is one of them. Also if you do read them all you may find you are having other side effects that you are unaware of. You could try google arrow-simva medsafe new zealand, it is clearly written here. Medsafe NZ is the equiv of the FDA in the states. Good luck.
