I think you hit the nail on the head when you called zocor "silly medication" in your posting. It is silly, and dangerous. Cholesterol is vital to our health. If you take the time to research all the physiological functions of cholesterol you will wonder why anyone would want to lower it.
Next you may ask yourself why the drug companies never talk about the benefits of cholesterol. Then reality sets in when you answer that question. Here is reality. $$$$$$$$$
