im really glad i found this site. I just gave birth to my first child and she is now 1 years old. my husband and i we're looking for something like mirena but i don't think its such a good idea now.do you ladies have any suggestions?
Ask your dr. about the hormone free paragaurd

I am 25, have 2 boys, and have had Mirena for 4 years. I have to say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have no periods, just very light spotting and breast tenderness every once in a blue moon, and I don't have to remember to take a pill everyday. I have no cramps and no bloating. I would for sure recommend Mirena to any lady that is unsure.
