I have had the mirena since august 2008 and ive had every thing from abdominal pains head achs weight gain anger outburst and absolutely no sexual drive. I don't know what to do its ruining my relationship and destroying my body with all the weight gain, but at the same time it is the most accurate source of birth control and not a pain like a pill but its destroying my life. I don't know if i should have it removed or see if there are anything they can do to help. Im confused!!!!!! A. owensboro ky
