Sorry but I can't really say. I stopped my child after the very first pill that I ever gave her and she seems to be back to normal. I was told that it takes 3-4 days to get in their system, so maybe it takes about the same to get out?

I have an 8 year old son. I took him off Singulair about 2 years ago. After about a week the side effects began to disappear. Good Luck!
