The only majorly unwanted side-effect I have experienced on Yaz is hair loss. I have been on Yasmin and Yaz, off and on for about 4 years. In the midst, I have tried other birth control pills or gone without, and have noticed a significant hair loss that starts within my first 2 weeks on Yaz. Its to the point where I am shedding overly excessively and it is very very noticeable.
