I'm having facial flushing, I'm 33 years old and not close to men...

It could be that the flushing and sweating is a result of the hormonal imbalance that the Mirena is causing. The ratio of progesterone to estrogen in your body can get out of whack....even though they claim that the progestin in the Mirena stays "local", my blood tests showed otherwise. My flashes were like yours -- facial flushes. After having the Mirena for just 5 months, I had it removed and within 3 months the flashes started.....was post-menopausal at 43. Older than you but about 7-8 years earlier than the "norm". No signs of menopause pre-Mirena. Take care of yourself, I hope it gets better for you.
