Just an update, had my Mirena removed this morning. I was expecting to have to convince my doctor but when I told her I felt it was the cause of my side effects she agreed. She is not the doctor that inserted it and said she does not recommend it to her patients. Removal was a piece of cake, no pain at all. Felt cramping about 5 minutes after and I am bleeding already. I am preparing my self for the crash, but I will push through that knowing that at the end of it all is the old normal me. Will keep everyone posted.
