Hi I have had mirena for about 9 months now. at first I was bleeding all the time, and that was the only side effect. about three months later there goes my sex drive, then cramping all the time, oh I was still bleeding after 6 months, I stopped bleeding for a month then started again, and if I ever stop bleeding now it is only for 2 days if i am lucky, and I cramp all the time my moods are horrible. I am having blood pressure problems, (when I lay down it is about 19 lower then when i stand i have been told that is sign of infection or dehydration and lots of other stuff) , and i am dizzy, faint, head hurts all the time, am tired all the time, loss of memory, heavy horrible bleeding, weight gain, at times blurred vision. I am not sure if this is from mirena or something else but I have never had these problems before. me and my husband are thinking it is mirena maybe it gave me an infection or something like that. has any one else had these side effects?
