After reading all of your stories, I feel a true sigh of relief! Thank you. I thought I was going crazy! I've had the Mirena IUD for 3 years now and have been fine with up until these past 6 months. I have gained so much weight and am constantly bloated that it's ridiculous. I am always hungry but the minute I eat, I look as if I've gained 10lbs. I exercise everyday to try to keep it under control, but if I miss a day or two, I gain weight. I have been so frustrated because I've tried dieting and exercising and have never had any weight problems before. I'm very petite and have pretty much always been thin up until now. Thank you so much ladies for sharing your stories. I am calling my doctor on Monday to get it removed ASAP!!! I've also been nauseous and tired and depressed. I want my life back.
