the odd thing is that lisinopril forces you to eat a diet low in potassium (bagels, coffee, no fresh furits or vegetables) and yet potassium helps regulate blood pressure!
get the sodium out of your diet! stop eating processed foods. make sure everything is fresh and organic. drink water; not soda. take fish oil
