any antibiotics in this class (levaquin is one) can cause permanent disabilities. but here's the catch 22- since 70% of all antibiotics sold go into our meat, super bugs are developing and they are resistant to the older, safer antibiotics.
this has forced (although i'm sure they loved the opportunity to create newer more expensive patented drugs) drug companies to develop stronger, more lethal (to you and the bugs) antibiotics.
if you are serious about fighting to get these drugs off the market, take a step to reduce the need for them by refusing to buy/ eat any industrially produced food.
if enough people drop out of the industrial food system, they'll lose money and stop using up antibiotics.
