Hey Ladies, I've had Mirena for just about a year now. For the past couple of months I've had almost no period. Spotting here and there. Then I got some pretty gut wrenching pain. Then suddenly I started full on period. I thought no big deal. Then there was a ton of clotting and pain. That was 3 weeks ago. I am still on my period to this day. I feel drained of energy. On Saturday I feel asleep at 10pm and had to make myself get up at 2pm that next day. Has anyone had the same problem and what should I do?
