Some people have to take 2 different drugs to control high blood pressure . . . . there are natural products to help high blood pressure issues . . . instead of taking drugs that cause side effects.
sounds like it's making you worse, plus putting you at risk for its many negative side effects.
how's your weight and diet. garlic naturally lowers BP; so does a diet rich in potassium laden (as opposed to sodium laden) whole fresh foods. anything that is processed and packaged has a high sodium to potassium ratio. anything that is fresh & raw or whole (grains) will have lots of potassium and very little sodium. potassium regulates BP.
ironically, when you are on lisinopril or other ACE inhibitors, you have to stay away from dietary potassium which forces you to eat high sodium foods, which kinda defeats the purpose!
but makes drug companies rich. do yourself and the world a favor- buy your food fresh directly from a farmer. stop handing your $$ over to drug companies and middle men food processors
Yes I have had that same experience. I didn't think my bp was that high but
the Dr. did at 135/80 and they put me on lisiniprol and now my bp can run 160/100 at times. Needless to say I only stayed on med for a few wks. I have
heart palpitations, horrible headaches, and severe irritability: still waiting for
all to go back to normal; wish it would hurry.
