I have been experiencing the exact same symptoms. it is very predictable that i will bleed and cramp the day after intercourse. i have only had mirena in place for 5 months, so i was hoping this would subside soon. now i am really worried.
I am 25 and i have had the Mirena for 4 years and it does the same thing to me just thought i would let you know and my dr. said its normal. But i was always told your not to be on the Mirena if you have not had kids. You may want to check in to that.
I really do not like the idea that this may still be happening 4 years from now. I have 2 children, and am 33. My doctor wants me to stick it out, possibly as long as 12 months.
