First, if you'd like, you can visit the "Yasmin Survivors Forum"- just type it into your search engine and it will come up in the results. There, you will find many women who have gone through the same terrible side effects as you. There are many women there who share their stories, as well as offer advice and support.

Second, there is another forum called the "Aphrodite Women's Health Forum" (again, you can type it into your search engine and it will come up) that has an entire forum on contraception that may help you- there are things about birth control pills, natural birth control, and everything in between. I personally decided not to take hormonal birth control anymore because of what Yasmin did to me. I also can no longer take hormonal birth control because I developed migraines with auras, which are dangerous to have while on the pill.

I too used to be on Yasmin and had A LOT of these terrible side effects!! I demanded that my Doctor switch my pill and he put me on "Ortho-Cyclen 28". It gives you the same amount of hormones every, single day .... that way you are not taking different amounts of hormones on certain days. My Doctor told me that this BCP is one with the least amount of side effects and also one that people have the least amount of problems on. I was thinking to myself ... well then why put people on all of these "newer" BCP's??? I have lost weight (15 pounds) and I have NO side effects at all with being on these BCP's. I highly recommend "Ortho-Cyclen 28" for anyone who needs to be on BCP's!! Hope this helps!!
