I am having the same problem. I take 300mg/day. It is giving me horrible headaches! I tap and grind my teeth all day and it makes my face hurt and jaw sore. I feel like I have a sinus infection, but I don't. My head feels like I have severe sinus pressure. I also feel like I have congestion dripping down the back of my throat and feel like I need to clear my throat all the time. My anxiety is worse and I have a horrible metal taste in my mouth. My doctor tried to get me to take topamax for the anxiety, but I won't take it after I read all the horror stories associated with that medicine. It has also made me a little irritable and less tolerant. This medicine (wellbutrin) reduces dopamine levels. I lacked motivation and desire to do anything and so I thought that my doctor wanted my dopamine levels higher. I am confused about this medicine and am going to ask my doctor to please explain exactly what neurotransmitters he thinks I am deficient in, so that I can understand this better.
