I went to my gyno yesterday to have my Mirena removed and she was unable to do so at the time as she could not find the strings. She wants to remove it by Hysteroscopy (a camera). She said that she could have removed it, but did not want to risk hurting my uterus. Has anyone had their Mirena removed by this method? I can not wait to get this thing out...I have been trying to get it out since August and it has only been set back after set back...grrrr.
