I cannot get a good hard erection since I started to take warfarin I had a mitral valve replaced and I have been on warfarin since 2003

This drug can cause MANY side effects . . . I suggest that you find a Naturopathic . . .a dr. who treats any health issues .. . . naturally. This dr. would be able to wean off you from this drug.
