Actually just to clarify this with you when i got my mirena put in she told me that IF the mirena was to come out it would probably come out the first 3 to 4 mentrual period in a bloodcloth form and that would mean your body rejected the mirena. Not every women are the same some have weird symptoms and some have nothing and some body's just reject it. Hope it helps you understand and make you feel at ease... Sorry about it ...
If you read the Mirena pamphlet, there is a warning that says a small percentage of women will "reject" the Mirena and it will fall out. I'm not defending them, I absolutely hated my Mirena and had horrible side effects. I personally think it is not ready to be on the market after reading all of these women's stories. But, my doctor did warn me of the possibility of it falling out, and she told me to check my strings every month to make sure it did not fall out without me knowing it. Hope this helps.
