I just got the mirena inserted October 19, 2009 and haven't had any major problems until yesterday after having sex. I started to feel a burning sensation and the same thing today and its worse. Last week I did have a few dizzy spells the worst one I was driving and had to pull over but they have stopped. I have also noticed that I am really irritable. I'm a very easy going person usually but since I got the mirena I've been real angry and irritable. I have never had a yeast infection but after reading posts on this page and another I am wondering if that is what I have. I am going to call my doctor in the morning and have him check it out I think.
