are you sure you're taking armour thyroid? my doctor says they have taken it off the market or there is a moratorium on it. for no good reason, of course, but the synthetic substitutes on offer are not as good and have more side effects

Yes, I'm positive. I got it from the pharmacy in the stock bottle (100 tablets), sealed. I had to get the 1 grain tablets and cut them in half (which they aren't scored and don't cut well) because the pharmacy wasn't able to get 1/2 grain. My dr told me I would have to get them from Canada but I just asked my local pharmacy and they ordered them for me for 1/3 the price that Canada wanted to charge.
