I've been taking Trileptal and Bupropion for bipolar disorder for about 7 years; after a month my doses went to Bupropion HCL 200 mg. SR two times a day and Trileptal 300 mg. morning, lunch and two at night. I only take one at night or I'm zonked and groggy the next day. It works great for my bipolar for the most part, but after about 3 years on it I had an episode where I got double vision and felt like I LOOKED like I was drunk; I didn't feel drunk, but one side of my face and one eye felt so weird! When I cover one I my vision looks normal but I still feel very odd. This only occurred occasionally but as time goes by it's getting worse and worse. Lately I've noticed an intention tremor in both hands and having to "reach" for the right word. I also have trouble typing and will make a mistake over and over before I can get my fingers to correct it. I'd hate to stop my meds; I really love them.
