I also was prescribed doxycycline for bronchitis; starting with the 1st dose (have taken 2 doses now) it feels like something is caught in my throat for lack of a better way to put it, and upon taking my second dose a few hours ago, within an hour, my face got extremely flushed and it still hasn't subsided (i have not been in the sun at all); THAT reaction is what made me look up the side effects
