I was taking Lisinipril for high blood pressure and started taking Seroquel. My nighttime blood pressure dropped to 80/40. I was going to stop taking the Seroquel but my doctors said to stop taking the Lisinipril. Too soon to tell if my high blood pressure returns. PS I've seen the recommended dosage for Seroquel is 300 - 400 mg a day. I only take 50 mg at bedtime to help with my insomnia, a primary symptom of the mania I experience with my scizoaffective disorder.
