I find all the above symptoms/side effects strange. I have keloids all over my body caused by ingrowing hairs and injuries. My doctor adviced me not to go for surgery as I had 90% chance of the keloids getting bigger. He suggested I tried kenelog injections and cordran tapes and they have worked like a miracle. The keloid behind my ears caused by ear piercing have flattened completely. The only side effects I have noticed are that my menstral cycle goes crazy (which is normal for someone taking steriods), I have increased pimples and the areas injected get slightly thinner and change colour. Asides from this, I believe that the results far outway the sideeffects which a somewhat reversible. Only problem is that kenalog is a prescription drug and cost me too much to get since I am only a visitor in the UK.
