I have been taking Lipator for about 2 years. I have noticed bad back aches and aches around my hips. I work in a hospital and I can't walk on the cement floors before it seems my hips want to freeze up. I can hardly make it back to my floor. Six weeks ago I had my cholestrol checked and it was high. My boyfriend ask me to give him 4 weeks and he would have it down to normal. He had me take Flaxseed oil with Omega 3. 2 pills in the morning. 4 weeks later I had it checked again. It went from 376 to 204 and Trigleserides(sorry for bad spelling) went from 375 to 296. Good Cholesterol was 47. I stopped taking Lipator and am starting to feel better after 1 week. I highly recommend Omega 3 Flaxseed Oil.
