My boyfriend has been on synthroid for about 3 years. He was recently given an ekg as a preliminary to knee surgery. The ekg came back abnormal. His dr. thinks it could be related to the fact that he recently increased his synthroid dosage. Has anyone out there ever had this happen? He's very concerned and now has to go for more tests....
