My son who will be 11 in 4 days has been on Advair 250 for his asthma since he was 6. He is always complaining that he doesn't feel well but since he has so many different symptoms that he is usuallly ignored. Everything from sore stomachs, sore arms, legs, back and headaches all the time. Also he has a few sores over his body and has had a few of them removed to see what they were but everything came back negative. The main thing we notice about him is his anger and how upset he gets over little things. My son is also on ventolin several times a week and singulair everyday.

I have read all the postings on this page. I am a 34 years old woman who took ADVAIR for only a week. I experienced terrible side effects including increased heart rate, palpitations, weak musles, joints, headaches, eye problems. I ended up in the emergency room several times because of side effects. I have never had any chronic health problems but was prescribed ADVAIR because I had acute bronchitis (I was on no other medications before or during treatment with ADVAIR). I knew the aches and pains were all caused by ADVAIR. Needless to say I stopped taking it after one week. Almost all the negative effects of it have gone away however I am left with swelling in my neck, arm and left side of my body. I would recommend to anyone suffering with side effects to STOP TAKING ADVAIR. If you have children taking ADVAIR, the effects may be more devastating and they may not be able to verbalize they feelings as well. This is a dangerous drug and it should not be prescribed to people.
