head zaps and dizziness, diarrhea after forgetting to take the meds for three days and deciding, 'what the hell' i was supposed to get off these anyway...well...it's been a week and a half...it's getting a LITTLE better, but the brain zaps are nuts. I hate them. I want to know when these will end...does anyone know? please?????

yes they will trust me after using zoloft for 6 years and being up and down on my doses i find out that you have to let them go very very easy...lower you dose into the minimum something like from (100mg) to 25ves or buy the 50mg pills and brake them to quarters ..so now you have smaller doses when you reach the minimum ....start taking every other day .......and then two days apart and then quit!!!! and again it will take 5 to 7 days to get the zaps over with but there are going to be milder and only before you go to bed or infront of the sceen!

what do you mean by head zaps? I get this really weird feeling and I call them zaps or shocks like im having a seizure or somthing, it occurs most when I forget to take zoloft for a few days. I also get this weird dreaming feeling when I stop taking them. Sooo disturbing. Can you go into detail of your "zaps"?
