46/f here.have been taking 10 mg of this for 5 weeks......the cough is beyond crazy but my bp has dropped from 150/100 to a low of 94/70..the lowest being when i didnt eat that day..i get it taken a couple times a week where i work..has anyone been able to control bp with herbal supplements or vitamins?..i want OFF this stuff
