My body grows immune to any allergy meds, so I took steroid shots for the past three years. This year the doctor gave me Kenalog and I cleared up but I have been on my period for ten days. Not heavy, just persistent. I am fatigued and have moderate diarrhea. I wouldn't bother with it again no matter how severe my allergies are.
