Hi, I am now taking sulfameth for a UTI, and this is my second day of taking it. So far, I haven't had any horrible reactions. I did get a very bad stinging type of headache lastnight after the second pill, but since I get migraines often, I didn't blame the medication for it. I am very tired and fatigued, and have no appetite whatsoever, so this might be due to the med, but I have problems with my stomach, so again, I don't want to fully blame the medication for this. As long as it takes care of the UTI, I can deal with the tiredness and no appetite till I'm done taking all of it. I have no reason to go off of it so far.
