Was switched from metoporol to toprol xl after a mild MI in May 2004. No heart failure, really don't see the benefit. I take 40mg of Lisinopril hct too. Weight gain, tired all the time. Feel like I have the flu. Not weak or really tired, but want to rest my head and close my eyes. I take 150 mgs once per day.
